Corporate Company
When trial period is over, corporate user has to buy user licences for the number of users created under the company, including franchises and their users. Corporate company itself is excluded from counting as a user, so you won’t need to buy a licence for a corporate company user. Corporate company user can view the number of users created by him/her and franchises’ users by clicking “View User Details” button at user licence page as shown below.
To create a franchise or other type of user, system will check the number of user licence corporate company has and compare it to the number of user corporate company has (including franchises and their users). If there are not enough user licences, instead of “add new” button, there will be a message saying that you have reached maximum number of user licence and a link to purchase more in the franchise listing page.
Activating uses the same logic as creating and it will compare the number of user corporate company has with number of user licence. If it is not enough an error message will display. You can deactivate users to activate or add more users. For example, you have 10 user licences and 10 users active. Deactivating 1 user (either franchise or type of users) will give you 1 free user licence which you can use to create or activate a user.
Note: Deactivating a franchise will deactivate all the users under that franchise but activating a franchise will not only activate the franchise.
To create user for a franchise, system will check the corporate company‘s user licence and compare it to number of users corporate company has (including all the franchises under corporate company and their users). If there are not enough user licences, instead of “add new” button, there will be a message saying that you have reached maximum number of user licence and to inform the head office to purchase more licence.
Activating users will apply the same logic as creating users. If there is not enough licence for corporate company to create user, error message will display when activating user. Deactivating some users can help you add or activate some more users.
