Once a quote is created, it can be reviewed and can be updated if there are any further changes that need to be added/edited in the quote.

1. Click Quotes > Customer Name
2. Once the customer name is clicked, page will be redirected to quote view page to view all the details of the quote which is already prepared
3. All the quote information such as customer details, product details, site details, pricing, extras and current status of the quote can be viewed.
4. Appropriate notes can be added to follow_up with the quote
5. You can go to next quote by clicking on the arrow shown below.

• Sales representative can change the status of the quote by clicking on Change Status image icon.

1. Change Status block will be displayed and user can choose the status, write a comment and press submit to complete the status change.
2. If the status is follow_up, then you have to select a follow_up date along with writing comment.
3. Once the status is changed to Order Sent, a notification email stating that this quote is ready to be placed as an order will be sent to all the admins of the company

Quote can be converted into order by clicking on Options > Place order button at the header top. Clicking the button will take you to order creation page with details taken from quote.

Quotes > Customer Name > Options > Place order

NOTE: A quote can be place as an order for once only. Once order has been converted, quote cannot be converted into order again.

Quote email can be printed by clicking on Options > Print Quote Email. Clicking the button will take you to quote email page where you can print the page.

Quote contract can be printed by clicking on Options > Print Quote Contract. Clicking the button will take you to quote contract page where you can print the page.

Clicking on print quote contract pdf button will print contract pdf.

Clicking on resend quote button will send quote email to the customer and user's email.
