Manage User License

This is the place where the company admin user purchases user licenses to authorize additional users. Once the trial period is over, the company admin is encourage to purchase user licenses equivalent to the amount of active users created during trial period. If you do not want to purchase the amount of users you created, you may deactivate some users. Follow the steps below to manage user license.

Step 1 - Go to Settings > User License

Step 2 -You can view the current details of the company's licenses - Click Add/Reduce Licenses to manage licenses.

Step 3 - Enter the number of licenses you want to purchase and monthly rate per user will display. Click Submit button. The first time you purchase user licenses, number of licenses will be displayed regarding to the number of active users you have created during your free tiral period.

Step 4 - This is the page to confirm the information. Click Confirm button if the information iscorrect.

Step 5 - This is the page to enter your credit card details to pay the amount. Click Submit button once all the information is entered.

Check History

You can check the history of your purchase by clicking Check History button shown in step 2 and it will take you to the purchase history page.
