Category Management

Category Management module is for users to manage category for documents to be uploaded. There will be a default document for each company. User can use that default document for uploading documents or create a new category. To create category, please follow the steps shown below.

Step 1 - Click on Settings as shown below.

Step 2 - Click on Manage Category as shown below.

Step 3 - Click on Add Category as shown below.

To Create Category

  1. Click Add Sales Tax
  2. Enter Category Name
  3. Enter Category Description (optional)
  4. Select Module which you want the category to be displayed
  5. Click Submit

To Edit Sales Tax Group

  1. Click Edit Icon
  2. Update information
  3. Click Submit

Deleting can be done by clicking Delete Icon as shown in step 2. Make sure that there is no document uploaded to the category before deleting.
