Connection form can be generated by clicking on “Print Connection form” from installation view page. Once the button is clicked, Connection form page will show and the following details can be filled to generate with Connection form.
Installation -> Customer name -> Print connection form
Select the applicable Distributor.

| Solar Inverter Manufacturer | Enter solar inverter manufacturer |
| Solar Inverter Model Name | Enter solar inverter model name |
| Operating Manual Provided to Customer | Select yes if it is true |
| Instructed Customer in Operation of system | Select yes if it is true |
